Hotel is situatet in a quiet location at Sivota with a great view. The hotel consists of 30 rooms with bathroom and balcony, of which 26 rooms include double beds and 4 of them include triple beds, fully renovated in the year 2011. It also has reception, reception area, breakfast area and restaurant. The hotel  is a family business and is being operating for the last 30 years consecutively. Sivota is a seaside tourist center in an area full of olive trees and wonderful beaches. During the Ottoman domination, the village was called Mourtos, but in 1959 took the name Sivota inspirated by the naval battle of Sivota that took place in 433 BC. Due to health problems the price is negotiable.
