Plot of 8,790 sq.m. within the traditional settlement of Margariti. Margariti is located on the Igoumenitsa – Preveza national road just 20 km from Parga, 35 km from Igoumenitsa and about 40 km from Preveza. Just 20 minutes drive by car there are many picturesque and beautiful small and large beaches on the coasts of Thesprotia and Preveza. At a distance of 15 km are the estuary of the river Acherontas and at 2.50 km the Kalodikion marsh. From Margariti, access to the Egnatia motorway is quick and it is approximately 55 km away from the Aktio-Preveza State Airport, and in a very close distance there is the landing field of super-light aircraft “MARGARITI”. On the plot there are currently about 30 small and large productive olives. It can be built a house with the necessary underground auxiliary areas.
